Does this really replace our SaaS?
Yes, when the SaaS in question is mostly a database with a form on top, which covers most CRMs, project tools, helpdesks and HR platforms. We rebuild the functions you actually use, drop the rest, and you stop paying per user.
What is the starting price?
A template build starts at $5,000. Most full projects land between $5,000 and $50,000, all in: scoping, build, migration, training and handover.
What kind of companies do you work with?
The best fit is 20 to 100 employees, where the process is specific enough to be poorly served by generic software. That said, any business ready to spend $5,000 to make life easier is welcome.
Where is the data hosted?
On your cloud account or ours, with Canadian data residency on request. We tell you the region, the provider, and who can technically reach it.
Do you take small jobs?
Under $5,000 we will usually tell you which existing tool to buy instead. It happens, and that is fine.
